Any trainer knows that quality gear is 100% necessary to being successful in the field. We don't have sponsors, although that would be nice, but we would like to let our clients and others interested in dog training what we work with, because we feel it is the best product to use and works well for us. Like I said, no sponsors, just gear recommendations.

Sport dog has always been great, if we should be sponsered by anyone, it's them. I have owned a sport dog E-Collar for 6 years now with no problems, about every 2 years I need to replace the battery, but it's cheap and worth it. Thier transmitters are simple to operate and reliable.
Gunner Kennels live up to thier name, I have broken enough kennels to know that putting some more money down for a quality kennel is well worth it. They can be custumized and provide everything you want in a kennel, but above all, they simply don't break. Go check them out at
Banfield is our go-to vet for a number of reasons. First, their wellness plan program is cost-efficient and you don't get charged when things happen to your dog, which can happen with hunting dogs. It is a low monthly charge and it covers nearly everything your pet will ever need. Secondly, we send dogs all over the country and we can carry over the puppy and it's records with Banfield to a location close to the pets owner, also, it makes paying for the pups vet bills easy.
Banfield has always been great to me and my dogs.
I'm sure you all are confused as to why a vacuum is on here, but we do labs, and all our dogs are in the home now and then. We believe in home/hunting dogs. Labs shed, most dogs do, and these vacuums, Dyson, pick up dirt and hair like none else, they are pricey, but so worth it when it comes to the stronger suction, dual HEPA filters, and easy dirt release. I strongly suggest Dysons.
Thunder Launchers are great, they are very simple, very hard to break, and extremely consistant. They are also very cheap to run, one air tank costs ten dollars and lasts about 600 shots. Not bad
We have been using thier C9 vitimins for two years now and I love them. We give each dog one right after each training session, it keeps them going and gives them the energy and nutrients they need to run hard.
Momarsh is the gear to have when it comes to duck hunting in the marsh. This momarsh invisalab is the best investment I have made for my labs. It can be used in fields or up to 36 inches of water. It keeps your dog out of the water but concealed. Go check them out at
